Danny Calliari

I was always thinking that I need to perform like crazy. It began with my studies and then continued with a startup that almost broke me. After traveling for a whole year, I thought I got it, but somehow I got stressed out again. Back then, I didn't understand why.

Until I discovered how to cultivate an inner peace that is independent from the outside world. I learned that working on my beliefs and even deep emotional work is very valuable but not enough. I had to go deeper.

This is why I combine different modalities in my work and tailor it to the needs of the recipient. Might it be breath work, shadow work, classical psychology, restorative movement, TRE, presence mediation or sound - the right modality will be applied at the right time to ensure the optimal outcome for you.
